At Jungle Theory, we’re committed to delivering your pet’s adventure gear quickly and safely.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

 

Shipping Criteria:

Express Shipping: Delivered within 2–4 working days (Eligible Products)

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10–12 working days.(Eligible Products)

Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping is available across India, except in certain states and union territories where additional courier charges may apply. Final charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, factors like courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions may affect timelines. We’ll keep you updated if your shipment is delayed.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate. Jungle Theory is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

International Shipping: At present, we only ship within India.
